  • Sleep 7 - 9 hours each night
  • Time begins when you get into bed and ends when you get out of bed
    Participants who are compliant with the program guidelines for at least 25 days during October will receive Plane Healthy Credit and be entered into a drawing for one of ten relaxation CD sets.
