Plane Healthy is pleased to announce an additional incentive opportunity for the 2008 wellness program for all salaried exempt and salaried non-exempt employees hired prior to June 1, 2008.
All salaried exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, hired before April 1, 2008, who complete all of the requirements for the 2009 Plane Healthy Wellness Credit and participate in at least 4 out of 6 of the offered behavior change programs, will be entered into a drawing for one of ten $100 dollar Visa Gift Cards and a Plane Healthy T-shirt, at the end of the program year.
Those hired between April 1st and June 1st of 2008, you must complete all of the requirements for the 2009 Plane Healthy Wellness Credit, and all of the three remaining behavior change programs available, in order to be entered into the drawing for the additional incentive.
As there is insufficient time to complete additional requirements after June 1, 2008, you will not be eligible for the additional incentive in 2008. However, we do encourage you to participate in the remaining programs so you will be entered into the drawings for the incentives offered for each of those respective programs.
