FEBRUARY 2010 - HEALTHY DINNER CLUB GUIDELINES
  • Enjoy a healthy dinner with correct portion sizes each evening during February
  • Eat any variety of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean meat, or low-fat dairy products
    Participants who are compliant with the program guidelines for at least 22 days during February will receive Cessna Plane Healthy Credit.
